Form & Pace sells apparel through this Shopify store. Product descriptions, current prices, available sizes, and shipping charges are shown on the website or at checkout. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are additional unless expressly included.

Please provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability. If an error or availability problem prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled portion. We will not substitute an item or increase an accepted order's price without your agreement.

Our products are printed to order. Images may be supplier-generated mockups. Screen settings and the printing process can cause minor differences in color or appearance. The Return and Refund Policy explains how we address defective or incorrect items, changes, and cancellations. The Shipping Policy explains production and delivery estimates. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information.

Please do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Form & Pace branding and original website content may not be used commercially without permission. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms in effect when an order is placed govern that order.
